• All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway providers.
• Prices are displayed in GBP (£)
• Payments are one-time transactions based on credit packages; no subscriptions or recurring billing apply.
• Once payment is confirmed, purchased credits will be added to your account instantly and can be used to generate vehicle history reports.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

We want you to feel confident when using CarCheckReport. Because our reports are digital products generated instantly, refunds are only available in limited circumstances.

When refunds are available:

• If a report fails to generate due to a technical error on our side.
• If payment was taken but you did not receive the corresponding credits or access to your report.

When refunds are not available:

• Requests for previous keeper or owner identity — this information can only be obtained directly from the DVLA.
• Where some data fields are unavailable or incomplete, as all reports rely on external third-party data sources.

Data Guarantee of up to £10,000 will be automatically included with each Full Check purchase. The guarantee is provided and backed by our data partner, Experian, and is subject to Experian’s terms and conditions.
